I forgot my passcode pattern 🙃 but I have fingerprint and face recognition that's how I can use my phone still ! Is there another solution other than resetting the phone because of a pattern, I've already locked my phone up to 2 hours
Kindly note that you should activate two features in this case : Find My Mobile feature and Remote unlock feature from the device settings, then you should go to Find My Mobile website - sign in to your Samsung account - unlock the phone. Otherwise, you should visit the service center.
