If you tried everything. There's nothing you can do about it except take it to a repair shop

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your Galaxy Buds Pro 3. We understand your concern that the left earbud is not functioning, possibly after being dropped.

To resolve this issue, we recommend the following steps before considering service:

  1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and ensure they are charging properly. Confirm that the charging contacts are clean and free of dust or debris.
  2. Check the battery level of each earbud in the Galaxy Wearable application to confirm if the left earbud is charging.
  3. Reset the earbuds through the Galaxy Wearable app: Settings > About earbuds > Reset earbuds.
  4. Remove and re‑pair the earbuds with your device: Bluetooth settings > Forget device > Reconnect.
  5. Test the earbuds with another compatible device to confirm if the issue persists.
  6. Gently clean the speaker mesh of the left earbud using a soft, dry cloth to ensure no blockage is affecting audio output.
  7. If the issue continues after these steps, we recommend visiting an authorized Samsung Service Center for inspection and support. You can find the nearest service center here: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/service-center/

Your feedback is valuable, and we will share it with our product team to ensure the highest standards of performance and reliability are maintained.
