Samsung please fix my issue and provide better security update of oct 2025 .....I m getting low speed of 5g everytime and it looses signals of 5G and switched to 4g......my brother is using SAMSUNG A56 and I am using S24 ....in the same room my broth...
When i switch on mobile data..it takes 5 seconds or sometimes more to show the network 5G in my S24..and I also lost signals manytimes after update...Samsung please Fix it
My phone is in warranty they will do it for free.....but from my experience s24 is not switching bands....s24 is stuck with the band's which has low speed...because when I was in other city i was getting more than 50 MBPS speed...if samsung provides ...
They told me that we will update your phone...so it's better you back up your device....but I asked them..what you update..I have updated to it's latest version....I don't know what they will do
