I am unable to click any pictures and the camera stutters,vibrates vigorously and blurs the image and doesnt focus on the scene. It happens in all the camera modes. This is just post the recent update. Did not expect such an unstable update from Sams...

just go to developer settings, enable mtp and debug settings. also when connected the next time, draw down the screen and select usb options to provide permissions
