Possibly they got the security patch that you got in feb but it rolled over to march/June and was named that for them. Different region CSC so you can't directly apply that to your region.
You are most probably using a magnetic third-party magnetic case. these cases and their magnets affect the spen and it will not work over the spots that the case has magnets.
