How to access the now locked individual band frequency selection option on s23ultra. Btw not talking about the phone services preferred network selection option but selecting individual bands such as LTE 28 32 33 NR etc

I need call recording and samsung pay option on my device which is bought abroad, but i already owned 21ultra in which i did change csc and brought back call rerecording options . Could someone help ?.
