Hi samsung,May I know the reason for this downgrade, Just because phone gets older you guys stopped support for L1 . Now we can not see netflix in fullhd

I m checking last couple of days prime videos not supports 1080p .it's playing only in 480p .why it's been downgrads samsung?Anyone also facing the same issue plz raise it here

why are still November Google play update is there any problem 

my a52s Google play system update is stuck ti November only. I guess most of devices already received December update I don't there I can do something
