People think this is a problem only with whatsapp.That dual app storage dont allow to view or save anything from dual app storage.Any Dual App is not able to read write in dual app storage. I am unable to save media when i use dual app FB messenger....
I am using M52 and its software has been update. Up to date. Still can not save any media or access by dual apps whatsapp or FB messenger bot are failing.
