People think this is a problem only with whatsapp.
That dual app storage dont allow to view or save anything from dual app storage.
Any Dual App is not able to read write in dual app storage. I am unable to save media when i use dual app FB messenger.
This problem can be solved if samsung do some root cause analysis why dual apps are not able to read or write in dual app storage.
We cannot resort whatsapp backup even backup is available in its storge (in dual app) however, manually we can read write files from dual app but a copy app is not able to do this.
Its not a problem with WhatsApp only, we cannot save any media by any dual app like I tried FB messenger as dual app, Can not save pics from chats. This a problem of read write permission. Dual app storage data is not accessible. Phone is not allowing to view or save anything from dual app storage.
Please work to solve because its a problem for all samsung users.
