If I am not wrong Samsung was supposed to include object eraser in Video editor. Did anyone get that feature?

Tgere are no updates recently to the device(A51) as well as the Youtube app.Cleared YT data, bug resolves for one time and then the same problem again.Anyone else with the same issue?
