I can't believe Samsung is offering us Earbuds that are not working, I am so frustrated by this now I have to pay to fix ,why? Is it my way of paying???
Not sure, coz the technician did all the necessary steps he needed to and He just said your devices are new for you to be stressing and offered me new ones
Leeco, fully charge them ,after just open the case ,while earbuds still in the case press the top until the light on case turn blue...you should be good
