Its not mark. It was underdisplay so you can see the sensor at low brightness and if you are at call through phone earpiece then it starts blinking to detect in order to turnoff the screen while you holding your phone close to your ear

Yeah its the proximitry and light sensor thats true.You would see that thing blinking at the time of call if it wasn't on speaker or any kind of headphone not connected and if you turned on adaptive brightness.You can check that sensor working by sim...
