HelloI am facing an issue with my s23 ultra when connecting it with huawei earbuds 4. It keeps on disconnecting once I pause a video or switch apps, it shows that it's still connected but the sound will come out from the phone not the earbuds any so...
Unfortunately this option wont test it automatically it will ask me to take a photo and if the photo is bad it will give me steps how to fix it. But if I am already having bad photos since the beginning I won't notice the difference!
My Samsung care+ had to be activated so if it's not showing automatically you might need to activate it. The call center helped me during this process.
