Ear buds disconnected

Hello 

I am facing an issue with my s23 ultra when connecting it with huawei earbuds 4. It keeps on disconnecting once I pause a video or switch apps, it shows that it's still connected but the sound will come out from the phone not the earbuds any solutions?

We apologize for this inconvenience, kindly try to reset the Bluetooth Device Huawei Earbuds and enter it in the pairing mode by referring to their manual.

And through Samsung Members app. Open the app > Get Help > Diagnostics > Bluetooth test, and check the results.

Turn Airplane mode on and off.

Then kindly try to reset the network settings by following these steps, It will erase saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth connections.

Step 1 Swipe up or down to view the apps.

Step 2 Press Settings.

Step 3 Scroll to and touch General management.

Step 4 Press Reset.

Step 5 Press Reset network settings.

Step 6 Press Reset settings.

And then try to do a soft reset for the device by pressing and holding the Power button and the Volume down button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. This will Not delete any data from the device. And try to check the software update if it is up-to-date. Then try to connect them again, and check the results.

If the problem persists, please send us an Error Report by following the steps below.

Head to the Members app > Get Help > Error Report > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data > Select the symptom, and include as much detail as possible.

I have tried the method you mentioned and after a while the issue came back again.

I will submit the error report and hopefully this get fixed in the next update or so.

Unfortunately there was no solution for this problem and I had to buy a new pair of earbuds.

Since I bought the new pair I haven't faced any issues yet.

I got the same issue. Any solution? It's impossible to use the earbuds this way. I'm sure it's a Samsung problem.
