What does this mean?? Is my carrier network the issue or what?? Cause as you can see I'm connected to wifi. 

It's clear that Samsung only cares about it's home base because what do you mean S23 users already got One UI 7 while S24 users from other regions are still waiting?? 

I asked them and they failed to respond to follow up question. 

SCAMSUNG Lied to us. Imagine Pixel & OnePlus have been running Android 15 since October and here we are 6 months later still waiting. 

If Xiaomi & Nothing don't take advantage of what's happening now then I don't know.... I'm not going back to iPhone. I'm disappointed with Samsung honestly especially after months of delays while other people got beta and here we are again.... feels ...
