What does this mean?? Is my carrier network the issue or what?? Cause as you can see I'm connected to wifi.

Maybe there are too many requests at the moment, you can check again in about 30mins or so

Samsung servers are swamped with update requests so it can't handle the traffic so it's not the network.

This happened to me 2 times this morning. It worked on the 3rd try.

Sorted now it took about 3 hours to finish with update...
