bro don't worry. This doesn't have to do with your warranty provider. Samsung has to send them directly. I had same issue but I bugged samsung daily. logged complaint on this members through live chat twice. called samsung twice. my issue got resolve...
it's not about warranty provider. after you activate mobile takes about a day for voucher to show. if still you can't see it call samsung to complain or use this apps live chat for help.
didn't see voucher first. called samsung and used members app live chat as well. saw voucher after one day. filled the form and submitted. got a call after a day for address confirmation. they are being delivered next week IA
