Unable to select sim1 or sim2 to make a call

After the update to one UI 3.1 upgrade, by default sim1 is selected and unable to choose sim 2 to make a call. Every time is we need to change the default sim and the dial, does anyone have any idea.

Apps getting installed without my notice

I have come across, some of the apps were installed automatically without my notice. I have not installed any app on my own but it happened. I uninstalled them 2 times now it is third time. Please suggest what should I do now to stop them installed ...

software update error

When I hit the check for Software update button, it displays Network or server error. From last 5 days I am facing this. Unable to check if there is any new update. Any one has info in regards to this?

App lock feature

Please provide in-built app lock feature for Samsung A71, using external apps we can do it but when Android has the feature in it i think samung should enable it.
