Unable to select sim1 or sim2 to make a call

After the update to one UI 3.1 upgrade, by default sim1 is selected and unable to choose sim 2 to make a call. Every time is we need to change the default sim and the dial, does anyone have any idea.

Touch this button to switch SIM or select Ask Always from Settings.

Select always ask option or when you dial no than click on( see image ) to use both sim.

Now ehen you click on sim 1 option then you will get other sim option

in recent call menu tab the contact u want to call and then long press on call icon to select sim without changing your default sim setting.
