I'm using Samsung note 20 ultra. I just made a video call for around 25 mins my phone temperature reached 48° with no background apps running. I can literally feel the over heat.

I just unboxed my new phone and had all the setup done and while downloading all the required apps.I felt the device overheating just like an old phone.What do I do? Already spent a wholesome and I get this in return.

I own a Samsung S20 ultra phone but I didn't get the November security update. I own note 10+ also it shows November security update installed. This is the latest smartphone but I why I didn't get the update?
