This phone is 2 updates complete. but still upper part heating issue is not solved ,and also while changing upper part is heating, battery was quickly drained 

I send the feed back of Samsung m21 upper part heating issue on after July security path update...Now they asking send the device log file within 15 minute. What is device log file how did I send it....Pls help me....
