I send the feed back of Samsung m21 upper part heating issue on after July security path update...
Now they asking send the device log file within 15 minute. What is device log file how did I send it....
Pls help me....

you no need to send manually, when you send they will collect all related data automatically

my 5 days old m21 is also heating in upper part of display aap service center gaye the kya

I already did that. I used error report option in samsung members app and they replied by saying i have to generate a log file from SYSDUMP as said by @bharathveer. They told to use *#9900# to generate log file. My log folder in 500mb!!! So how.to share this??
Samsung members app doesn't share SYSDUMP LOG FILE!!!! THIS IS DOFFERENT THING!! OKAY!!!
