Heating and Face recognition issue

Yesterday I purchased a brand new samsung M21 from Amazon but I am facing issues while using it 

1. It heats so much while charging and also sometimes while using.

2. The face recognition is not so perfect.

The overall experience is very good but these two reasons are very disappointing.

no sir ,because I am also bought a new Samsung m21 last week ,but I am also face this same problem, its July security path update problem sir, not our device problem ,it's solve in next update....

only upper part of the mobile is heating not lower part of the mobile heating.... so its software update problem

exactly aravinth the same issue I am facing only the upper part of the phone heats up.

you send the feedback on Samsung for this issue I am also send the feedback yesterday...

Samsung M21 do have heating issue in upper part near front camera. Hope samsung will adress this issue in next update.
Regarding battery heating while charging, please disable your fast charging and charge normally.
