Heating and Face recognition issue

Yesterday I purchased a brand new samsung M21 from Amazon but I am facing issues while using it 

1. It heats so much while charging and also sometimes while using.

2. The face recognition is not so perfect.

The overall experience is very good but these two reasons are very disappointing.

ok by the way how to change the fast charging option to normal is it possible?

Yes sure it is. Type battery in your setting search box. Then follow the pics.

bhai maine bhi 3 din pahle Amazon se kharida h par charging time par heat ho raha h aur screen right side par tap karte hain to no problem par jaise hi left ki taraf jate hain to screen ki aawaz jaisi aati h jise kuch loose ho...

Bhai aap ek kam karo jab charging pe lagate ho tab dhekh lena koi apps background me na work kar rhe ho
aur agar possible ho to fast charging ko disable kar do
aur ek baar settings me jakar device care me optimise kar lo phone
