you can find the app from widgets...this is a Samsung's official weather app it comes as preinstalled on every samsung phone and you can't uninstall or disable that app...
iam using A50 for an year now and i know pretty much every system and app setting .... and from the beginning to this moment i didn't face any kind of ads on my phone but recently i got an update to samsung weather from that time ads started showing.
