Yes, this was escalated by me in the initial stage of Beta, but the resolution that was provided was not satisfactory.As per log analysis, we would iform you that this is not an issue the normal behavior of Samsung device.

Not necessary. Don't know what algorithms or combination they use to decide on who gets the early access and who doesn't. I just read the news that S24 Ultra will get access to the Beta program and I do not see tha5 being rolled out to my device yet!
