Does Samsung m21 support carrier aggregation?

My old SIM is Vodafone it has good signal but after upgraded to vi SIM it's showing weak signal and while I'm doing speed test it's showing as idea, but why can't it shows as Vodafone..please reply if anyone knows about this..

Unable to receive and make calls, while making calls showing error as "call ended"..

After 3.0 update in m21, battery performance got decreased in my mobile...please let me know if anyone facing the same issue...
