issue with vi sim in m21

My old SIM is Vodafone it has good signal but after upgraded to vi SIM it's showing weak signal and while I'm doing speed test it's showing as idea, but why can't it shows as Vodafone..please reply if anyone knows about this..

because they both merge in past and using each other network whichever is possible/available that's why
