Sometimes the network's not good man either yours or the person you're trying to reach. I highly think it's Network's issue and your device is fine. Hope it helps 😊

Seems like its your Sim card problem. To make sure check the IMEI number by pressing *#06# and see if 2 IMEI numbers are available. If available, contact Vi customer care only they can help. (Also make sure you haven't enabled "Only LTE" in mobile network settings).
