I've owned the s10 lite for a couple of months, the fingerprint sensor has rarely worked and since the last update it refuses to work at all. Can only register 20% of any fingerprint! Tried resets and tests and just getting fobbed off. Any help? Wast...
Exactly the same problem johnb. Yet when you speak with Samsung they act like they don't know about the issue, even though many are complaining about it after last update. Is a kerfuffle to get it seen to as well. Won't be buying, or recommending aga...

I've only had my s10 lite a couple of months, it's rarely worked. Since the last update it hasn't worked at all. It's a basic need for security and I just keep getting told to run tests and factory reset. It doesn't work!!
