i dont knowas per service centre , the display need replacement.but i cant understand how?no falls no scratches nothing and display is gone.useless experience.

i have done factory reset, started it in Safe Mode checked the phone by dialing *#0*#.Nothing is working But when Always on Display is Active,it works fine.My device is Never droped no issues wt so evr but warranty is done..

its a software bug,most of the note 9 users are also facing this issue right after the updation.still no solution from samsung
