As soon as u Increase the Brightness Colours Start to Faid And Display turns Yellow green with black Horizontal lines

its a software bug,most of the note 9 users are also facing this issue right after the updation.
still no solution from samsung

my divice iris scanner area is dark blackish pink ....when I am unlocking my device by iris...and after launching camera app it's horribly black

No such problem on mine. I think it's specific to your device.

there can be two reasons for this.
1st there is something worng with color management
solution: you can simply fix it in vision settings or can reset all settings to Default

and

2nd it may be display issue (has your mobile ever dropped or over heated? if not and 1st method is not working then it need to be replaced
if your mobile is still under warranty the you do not have to pay any charges for display replacement 🙂
