Galaxy S1st there is something worng with color management
solution: you can simply fix it in vision settings or can reset all settings to Default
and
2nd it may be display issue (has your mobile ever dropped or over heated? if not and 1st method is not working then it need to be replaced
if your mobile is still under warranty the you do not have to pay any charges for display replacement 🙂
