The best you can do is take the purchase receipt and visit a Samsung shop. They will repair the phone.

Google is not updating ui 8. Samsung phones have a problem with installing google play system update. Google focus much on pixel not other brands.

Google has stopped updating UI 8 phones. As long as you're getting Samsung security patches, you're fine.
