I have the same question, the S9 tab is their flagship tab, but no support. The only response from samsung is that it is region specific, must be in a really **bleep** region...
I get the copy and paste option, the problem is when you paste the data from excel in to your email it doesn't paste it in a table format on the mail.. like you would do if you on your PC. It also doesn't give you all the different paste options
