I bought my watch in South Africa and my galaxy note 10+ in UAE. I guess the watch in South Africa is the same since is an international model. Both my Samsung pay in my watch and phone are working fine.

No, I didn't connect via any VPN. There is a video I watch on YouTube that shows how to install it in my watch and I give it try. It worked and really very easy to install in less than 2 minutes. You do not need a PC to install.

for me blood pressure stopped working after the update...what did you do?

I only install after the Tizen 5.5 update. This particular files I downloaded from the YouTube video linke were meant for Tizen 5.5. I download the blood pressure APK and the Samsung Health Monitor APK. For you, just uninstall what you currently have and install the new one for Tizen 5.5
