Unable to connect esim

I was not able to connect my esim on samsung watch 4 classic

It shows to airtel logos and my airtel sim was prepaid

Esim connect only jio my gLaxy watch 4 classic connect esim smoothly

You can only connect Airtel Postpaid esim for Galaxy watch

As per your query, we would request you to kindly contact your network service provider they will provide you with the exact information regarding this. And, we would suggest you to please use postpaid Esim with your watch.

If it is the case, Why you people are not mentioned that to use only Postpaid connections when we are buying a smart watch, witch is sooo expensive?

The Same issue i was facing. May be the option is to Port to jio.
