Galaxy Watch 4 Classic LTE / Airtel

Im unable to connect to Airtel LTE esim service for Watch 4 classic. Tried several times the popup comes something went wrong but I always receive the SMS that your smartwatch has been paired. 

Im using Airtel Postpaid Number.

As per Service center people there are some issues in software.
