I read an article on reddit saying the buds 3 pro have qc issues!! Is it true?? Anyone faced it? Should we buy it or not in INDIA?

But here in India they are ooenly selling it!! No one cares for india .. they will throw all the defective items here i guess!!😅

In fact I received my Pre-Order yesterday. Definitely I would say there are QC issues which Samsung had not paid attention to. The Buds 3 Pro look classy and they function well but the issue is with the Ear Tips which are very delicate when you would like to Swap with other Sizes there is always a chance of the Ear Tips tearing off or the External Ear Tip Connector being struck which is the issue I'm facing currently. I would like to visit the nearest Samsung ASC to fix the Ear Tip. I hope they can resolve this issue for me else I could go for a Refund.

Just the Earbuds Tips have issues. By default, they come with M Size, and if you don't have to change the Ear Tips, you could go ahead with the purchase.

I have placed the order but didn't realise the quality issue reported but the date got pushed to August 26th instead. Let me see, I thought the delivery date was July 24th while I a placing the order. This is really disappointing

I think you have placed order online on shop app if u go to samsung store you will get on 24th itself

Ok I gotta! But I received discount in Samsung App for my Buds Pro 3 ₹5000 and for Watch 7 Ultra another ₹10,000 using my cards. Not sure whether this is possible in stores. I have no option but to wait!
