Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Health Monitor App not available in Location

I am based in Qatar and recently bought the Galaxy Watch 4 and then tried to activate Health Monitor App get the error that it's not available in Qatar.

Kindly advise if there is any way to get this resolved.
