Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro mic quality issue

I purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. On using both found the exact same problem where in calls, video calls in phone, the person in front can't hear my voice properly and comparing the mic quality to very old radios. 
Weirdly when using the Buds in windows laptop or ipad, in calls the person in front can hear my voice much better without the low bitrate quality issue.
The phone I am using is Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, but also tried on other phones at home. The poor mic quality is there in all phones. I tried whatsapp, google meet and discord as well. The same poor mic quality is present in all app. I also other cheaper earbuds like Realme wireless 2, oppo enco air 3 pro, Airpods 2nd gen and none of them has mic quality this low.

Resetting the Buds didn't solve anything nor any troubleshooting method mentioned by samsung.

Also I purchased them from Samsung online store, but Samsung is refusing my return request without having me take the Buds to service center. Nearest service center is 150 kms away. I cant imagine having to deal with this with a new and expensive product. 

Is it a software issue? As I have same problem in both Buds. One purchased from amazon and one from Samsung store online.


Update: Amazon one, I was able to replace. But still the mic quality is same with the replacement unit. It sound worse than any cheap tws I have used.

I also purchased same product from samsung online store 3 days ago and i am also facing the same issue i think samsung will solve this with the help of software update

I don't know. Not many people are talking about it or Samsung ever mentioned anything about this issue. Hope they fix it.
