Kindly follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
Before performing the factory data reset, don't forget to backup all the important data stored.
Fit3 can be reset from the watch. Use the steps below to complete the reset:
Tap the Home key, and then swipe down to open the Quick settings panel.
Swipe all the way to the right, and then tap More options (the three vertical dots).
Tap the Reset icon at the bottom, and then tap the checkmark to confirm the reset.
In case the issue still occurs. Please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
