Hi. I have a fit 3 and when I go out for a walk with out my phone and come back , it reduces all my steps to the number which is there on the phone . Does anyone have the same issue

This might be a communication issue. I may be not the right person to know about this, but I would recommend keeping your phone alongside, as it uses bluetooth not a mobile network.

If then facing this issue. Please take your device to service center, after registering an error via Members app.

I am also facing the same problem, in GALAXY Fit 3, I reported this problem to Samsung many times, but no update has been given yet
