Right Earbud Stopped Working

My right Galaxy earbud stopped working all of sudden.  Its not charging.  The inside light of charging case is always red. I tried all troubleshooting steps but didn't work. Can somebody Help plz. It shows like these images i attached. 😔

try to reset the network connections and get the ear buds checked maybe the charging wire for the battery case is broken or disconnected

i checked everything. cable is working properly. other bud is charging full. only one earbud is not working. even j tried everything. my software was updated already. reset galaxy earbuds. i mean did everything

Drain your buds and case to 0% power, then charge it to 100%. Also clean the contacts in the case and on the buds.
