WearablesCall the customer care and ask them to escalate the matter they will deny you but keep trying till they agree.
Once that's done you'll be assigned a customer care executive from the Head Office and tell them the issue and ask them to make the repairs. Tell them that it's an issue from their end and not yours. My watch was 1 year and 15 days old.
