Galaxy watch 4 classic display went orange while charging

While charging my Galaxy watch 4 classic that is only 1 year 2 month old suddenly went orange color, the display only showing orange background with white dot on top. My watch has no physical damage nor water damage. 

I visited the Samsung service center still yet no resolve, they lack the information regarding the issue and ask me to pay 6000 rupees. 

When I research about this issue on internet many people getting this same issues. I feel like Samsung selling faulty device and they refuse to answer about this issue. 

As I suggested by customer service I tried resetting the watch but no gain,  I've also ask the service guy to format and reset the watch they did nothing.

I'm not gonna pay for your worst products, it's planned issue globally, many people getting same issue yet Samsung asking for money it's a shame.  A big company like Samsung playing dirty tricks to earn money by saying service charges.

Worst experience, anyone reading this please don't waste your money on name of Samsung it's just expensive nothing else. 

Never gonna buy Samsung products again
