WearablesAll of a sudden, my Samsung Classic 4 watch display turned pink without any mishandling. I tried almost every possible method to restore the display, but it astonishingly remained pink.
I can vouch that the problem appeared suddenly without any misuse or mishandling. I have taken meticulous care of the watch at all times. I strongly believe that a software issue from an update might have caused this problem. I am a long-time fan of Galaxy Fan edition, starting from the s20FE. My current S21Fe 5g exynos Samsung Galaxy mobile connects with the watch, shows the battery percentage, and performs all resets and updates, yet the display remains pink.
Today, on 3rd OCTOBER, I approached your authorized service center at Ranaghat JB MOBILE but they told me no watch will be repaired here . However, the worst part is in Samsung website where is clearly mentioned J B mobile service center repaired wareable device
Please consider this genuine customer issue and analyze the situation from the perspective of customer satisfaction. I hope Samsung will recognize the unfairness of charging an exorbitant fee for a problem that is not the customer's fault and will waive the fee for the display replacement.

WearablesSame problem occurred to mine. Local service centre denied and now going to Mangalore 50kms for service. Lets see.

WearablesReally dissapointed.Now my Galaxy watch is of no use.
Samsung did this to force the users to purchase the newly launched watches because the most value for money watch was the galaxy watch 4.
