Buds 3 Pro a sheer disappointment

It seems Samsung still hasn't properly resolved the issues with their Buds 3 pro. They might need to consider recalling them again. Previously, there were manufacturing defects like improper fitting and tearing of the ear tips, and now, after just two days of using my Buds 3 Pro, I'm experiencing weird sounds. Sometimes, the music randomly goes mute even though it's still playing on my phone. When I disconnect and reconnect, it starts working again. This is not what you'd expect from Samsung, especially with their high-end products. I never had any issues with my Buds 2 Pro, but the Buds 3 Pro have been disappointing right from the start. I hope a firmware update can fix these problems, as it seems I'm not the only one dealing with these issues—people worldwide are reporting similar problems, and even the sammobile has acknowledged the issue.

The same things are happening with me. I think Oneplus Buds are far better than Samsung. Paying such a huge amount of 19k and still getting rubbish products is very heartbreaking. I have gone to service center a couple of days before and they have taken back and going to replace with the new one's.
