Happy to report that my Galaxy Watch 7 44mm BT version is delivering some absolutely insane numbers.

It just lost 30% in almost 23 hours of usage. Would easily last 3 days at this rate. This is the best Android Wear OS watch I've EVER used.

Here are my settings:
AOD: Off
Continuous HR monitoring: On
Continuous Stress Monitoring: On
Gestures: Off
NFC: Off
Sleep Tracking: On
SpO2 While sleeping: On
Body Temperature while sleeping: Off
Wifi: On

Haven't really tried any workouts on this yet which involve GPS but even with them, it would be a comfortable 2 and half days of battery life I believe.

WELL DONE SAMSUNG!!!

I wore the watch a bit higher almost a cm away from wrist bone with a snug fit last night, the gaps in blood oxygen were less, although in HRV readings the gaps were there. No gaps in skin temp. Or HR readings.
I have an apple watch series 8, I never had such issue in that watch. I'm seeing these gaps for the first time in GW7. 1726192319321.jpg

I think HRV measurement happens at regular intervals and isn't continuous like in Apple watches. If you look at the gaps in HRV readings, they're pretty evenly placed. Maybe that's how Samsung does HRV. I've just checked and I have the same gaps in my HRV everyday. As long as you don't have gaps in the HR readings then I guess the watch is functioning pretty normally.

I managed approx 44 hrs by simply turning off Frequent Synching under Steps in the app. I use GPS continuously, exercise for approx 1hr 30 mins daily but never turn on AOD.
