Galaxy buds 3 pro major issues

I have recently got my galaxy buds 3 pro, updated them to latest version.
Now I have 2 major issues with them. 
1st- when i switch to ambient or noise cancellation on, they sound like Mono earphones. As soon as I turn off ambient or noise cancelation, sound goes to normal.
2nd. Whenever i change the equalizer to custom, the volume drops by like 10 to 20%. For example, wearable app has a default EQ which is Bass Boost, it sounds normal. But when I customise the same settings of bass boost to custom EQ, and switch back forth to bass booster and custom, I can hear the volume drop.
Now same bass boost and custom has same eq settings but volume drops as soon as I click custom and goes back to normal on bass boost.
I paid a hefty amount for this product and it came out to be a crappy product. I dont know if it is a fault due to software or the product itself has issues.

Please don't ask me to reset the earbuds as I have done it like 10 timea but nothing worked.
