1. The step count increases even if I am just moving my hand, honestly it's a joke. It randomly counts the steps without me walking.
2. The sleep tracking is so bad, I just woke up in night for 5mins and it says that I was awake for 1.30hrs. Even my sleep hours are not correctly tracked, really very bad by samsung.
3. The raise to wake function works fine when we want to check the time but most of the times it just lights up the screen randomly as an when it feels.
These are the major issues I found in fit 3, honestly my 7-8 years old honor band 3 has very good sleep tracking and step count and also the raise to wake function works better on it. Not sure what samsung is doing.

The screen is beautiful, the ui is smooth but it has very bad functionalities. This is not at all expected.

PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES @SAMSUNG

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we want to inform you that all of your personal data will be removed, and the watch will restore back to its default settings, so you won't have to worry about personal info still being on it. You can reset your watch using the Settings or with the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.

Note: Before performing the factory data reset, don't forget to backup all the important data stored in the Galaxy Watch.

Select the reset method to reset Galaxy fit Watch:-
Step1: Tap the Home key, and then swipe down to open the Quick settings panel.
Step1: Swipe all the way to the right, and then tap More options (the three vertical dots).
Step1: Tap the Reset icon at the bottom, and then tap the checkmark to confirm the reset.
For a Gear S2, swipe to and tap Gear info from Settings. Next, tap Reset Gear, tap Factory reset, and then tap Done.

Reset the watch using the Galaxy Wearable app:
Step1: Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.
Step2: Tap About band, tap Reset band, and then tap Reset to confirm.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
